When and why clients breach. We have all encountered clients who exhibit bad behavior. While some people are just bad people, I believe that a majority of our clients are wonderful and lovely. Still, client will test boundaries from time to time. They will make mistakes, and they are entitled to have bad days. The real question is whether or not we have filled our businesses to address these breaches. How and when should we deal with poor behavior from our clients? Do we have the ability to walk away from bad actors? And is it possible to overcome a breach and move forward?

Wow! You guys were really riled up by my last podcast about wedding professionals breaching their agreements. I got a lot of feedback about client behavior, and I wanted to address those today.
