This month I have received three (3) inquiries from couples that currently have planners but need to move in a different direction. Why are couples rushing to change planners? Is it that there are bad actors out there committing to work that they cannot do? Are we falling down on the job and being lazy? And are we continuing to use the pandemic as an excuse to not do our very best work?
